- Drop libpfm-ibm-counters.patch, libpfm-initp.patch and libpfm-zen4.patch
(upstream).
- Install with DESTDIR; upstream now installs the python bindings with pip.
- Keep tracepoint events enabled (CONFIG_PFMLIB_NOTRACEPOINT=n).
- Use %patch -P syntax.
- Fix Python package version to match libpfm version (libpfm-python-version.patch).
- Don't ship pip's direct_url.json.
- Modernize provides filter.
