  - Set `cap_ipc_lock` capability for `wodim` executable (mga#34547)
      The capability allows a process to lock its memory (preventing it from
      being swapped out), which is used by `wodim` to reduce the risk of
      buffer underruns.
      This fixes an issue where end users are unable to write to optical media
      because `wodim` constantly aborts due to a failed `mmap()` call.
