- Update to 0.4.2 (complete refresh, not backward compatible with 0.3.x):
* Public API moved to the sqlite::v2 namespace with many signature
changes; existing code must be updated before recompiling
* Build switched from Autotools to CMake, requires a C++20 compiler
(GCC 11+); upstream Autotools files were deleted
* New connection_pool and threading helpers, statement cache, named
parameter binding, tuple materialization and row views
* New lambda-based create_function API plus WAL2/snapshot, session
tracking, serialization and JSON/FTS helpers
* connection::get_row_count() removed in favor of get_changes()
* 0.4.2 fixes a statement ownership regression from 0.4.1 that
crashed backup and execute paths
- Drop boost dependency, no longer used upstream
- Soname change: libvsqlitepp3 -> libvsqlitepp0
- Install private headers required by public sqlite/function.hpp
