* Agent runtime with upstream default features: agent-runtime,
default-channels (acp-server, webhook, email, telegram,
discord, filesystem), acp-bridge, gateway,
observability-prometheus and schema-export
* Ships the zerocode TUI and the web dashboard under
/usr/share/zeroclawlabs/web/dist (embedded-web stays off,
the dashboard is data files, not linked code)
* Web tree builds offline from the vendored node_modules
(npm ci via zeroclaw-use-npm-ci-for-web-build.patch)
* Link native aarch64 builds with the default cc: upstream's
.cargo/config.toml pins Debian-style aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc,
which does not exist on openSUSE
* Keep debug symbols (upstream sets strip = true and release
defaults to no debug info) so the debuginfo packages are not
empty; cap build parallelism with %limit_build and request
32 G workers via _constraints for the fat-LTO link
* ExclusiveArch 64-bit Rust tier-1 arches only
* License (MIT OR Apache-2.0) AND MPL-2.0: only copyleft
