From OpenSuSE Tumbleweed for x86_64

Name: bun-pty Distribution: openSUSE Tumbleweed
Version: 0.5.2 Vendor: openSUSE
Release: 1.1 Build date: Mon Oct 26 20:27:30 2026
Group: Unspecified Build host: reproducible
Size: 558940 Source RPM: bun-pty-0.5.2-1.1.src.rpm
Packager: https://bugs.opensuse.org
Url: https://github.com/sursaone/bun-pty
Summary: Pseudo-terminal library for Bun FFI consumers
bun-pty spawns processes on a pseudo-terminal from Bun through bun:ffi.
The TypeScript half ships with each consumer; this package builds the
native half, librust_pty (a thin C ABI over portable-pty), into a private
directory for those consumers to load. The npm package carries only a
binary of it.

Changelog

* Mon Oct 26 2026 Martin Pluskal <mpluskal@suse.com>
  - Update to version 0.5.2:
    * spawn() reports a clear error naming the library path and the
      cause when the native library fails to load, instead of
      `undefined is not an object` (#51); importing without
      spawning keeps working
    * Linux ABI unchanged: same eight dlsym entry points, same
      private librust_pty.so path; no consumer rebuild needed
    * Refresh the vendored dependencies (libc 0.2.190 -> 0.2.191)
* Thu Oct 15 2026 Martin Pluskal <mpluskal@suse.com>
  - Update to version 0.5.1:
    * Breaking: env is the child's whole environment as in node-pty,
      no longer merged over the parent's (#48); spread process.env
      to keep inherited variables
    * Build the child environment as node-pty builds it: TERM from
      name, PWD from cwd; drop tmux/COLUMNS/LINES on inherit (#49)
    * Leave src/*.test.ts out of the npm package (#50)
    * Linux ABI unchanged: same eight dlsym entry points, same
      private librust_pty.so path; no consumer rebuild needed
    * Refresh the vendored dependencies
* Wed Sep 30 2026 Martin Pluskal <mpluskal@suse.com>
  - Update to version 0.4.11:
    * Add native Windows ARM64 support (#46): ship a rust_pty_arm64.dll
      and select it at run time; the x64 DLL filename is unchanged
    * Move native library filename resolution into src/library.ts
    * Linux ABI unchanged: same 45 vendored crates and no exported-symbol
      changes; %check still verifies all eight dlsym entry points
* Wed Sep 23 2026 Martin Pluskal <mpluskal@suse.com>
  - Update to version 0.4.10:
    * musl libc support: pre-built musl variants alongside
      glibc builds, runtime musl detection
  - Refresh the vendored dependencies
* Mon Sep 14 2026 Martin Pluskal <mpluskal@suse.com>
  - Initial package, version 0.4.8: librust_pty, the pseudo-terminal
    library the bun-pty Bun binding dlopens (opencode's shell tool)
