  - Restrict to the arches whose modern-BPF vmlinux.h is vendored
    (x86_64 aarch64 ppc64le s390x)
  - Trim BuildRequires to the set the build actually uses (drop unused
    grpc/protobuf/libcurl/libcares/openssl/luajit/ncurses/yaml-cpp/
    libb64/libjq) and drop cmake flags that are not real options in
    this release
