  - Require nlohmann_json in -devel: libsigmfConfig.cmake does
    find_dependency() on it, so find_package(libsigmf) failed for
    every consumer that did not already pull it in
  - Add libsigmf-install-interface-include-path.patch: the installed
    CMake interface exposed only <prefix>/include, so the usage the
    README documents, #include <sigmf.h>, did not compile (nor did
    the angle-bracket include inside flatbuffers_type_to_json.h)
  - Run upstream's example programs in %check instead of leaving it
    empty; they are the only thing that compiles a header-only
    library, and one of them checks a full JSON round-trip:
    * build them with -UNDEBUG: their asserts are the entire
      verification, and compiled out they report success no matter
      what the code did
    * also build and run a throwaway consumer against the staged
      tree, so a broken installed CMake config fails here rather
      than in every consumer
  - Ship NOTICE next to LICENSE (Apache-2.0 attribution)
  - Spec cleanup: %autosetup, summary/description that describe SigMF
    rather than repeating the package name
