  - Convert the Python binding to the shared %treesitter_python_install
    loader: install upstream's pure-Python package files and generate
    a _binding.py that loads the grammar library this package ships.
    Drop %treesitter_python_build and the python devel/pip/wheel
    BuildRequires; the parser is no longer compiled a second time.
  - Pin the python subpackage on the grammar package exactly
    (tree-sitter-verilog = version-release).
  - Suggests python-tree-sitter >= 0.22 instead of Requires,
    matching tree-sitter-bash, so ring1/product installcheck
    does not demand a non-ring package.
  - Run a functional %check parsing Verilog through the shim; gated
    to suse_version >= 1699 because python-tree-sitter does not exist
    in Leap 16.0.
