virt-template is the KubeVirt add-on providing VirtualMachineTemplate
resources; KubeVirt 1.9 pins this release and virt-operator deploys
its API server and controller when the Template feature gate is on.
Versioned package (virt-template0.2) so that the minor a KubeVirt
release pins can be shipped next to the next one.

* controller subpackage: /usr/bin/virt-template-controller
* tests subpackage: the compiled functional suite
(/usr/bin/virt-template-tests)
